Operational support: Actively participate in daily handling work and support the production chain. Logistics: Carefully prepare equipment and goods before shipping or use. Handling: Manage loading and unloading operations in compliance with safety rules. Maintenance: Ensure constant cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the workspace. Residence in Médiouna or immediate vicinity. Reliable, punctual person with great seriousness and genuine motivation for manual work. Excellent physical condition required (carrying loads, handling). Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, factory or construction site is a real asset.

As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a rigorous and proactive Executive Assistant. As a true right hand to management, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily administrative and commercial operations. Commercial management: Prepare, track and rigorously file delivery notes. Client relations: Ensure precise tracking of client accounts (invoicing, outstanding amounts, followups). Information management: Enter, update and verify data on the internal IT system. Management support: Assist general management with all daily administrative and logistical tasks. Must reside in Médiouna or surrounding areas. Perfect command of IT tools, especially Excel, and ease with management software (ERP/CRM). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility. Excellent written and oral expression in French. Arabic proficiency is a strong asset. Successful prior experience in administration, management or secretarial work is highly desirable.
