These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Rocket.ma platform, operated in accordance with Moroccan law, including the Dahir of Obligations and Contracts (DOC), Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures, and Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data.
Rocket.ma is a Recruitment-as-a-Service platform that connects companies ("Clients") with qualified candidates through a recruitment sprint system lasting 7, 15, or 30 days.
Registration is reserved for professionals acting within their business capacity. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any use of your account is deemed to be made by you.
Our recruitment sprint services are offered at fixed prices displayed on the Pricing page, expressed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) including tax. Payment is due upon sprint order. Prices may be changed at any time; ongoing sprints remain at the agreed price.
The Client agrees to: use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose, provide accurate and non-discriminatory job descriptions in accordance with the Moroccan Labor Code (Law No. 65-99), not use candidate data for purposes other than recruitment, and comply with applicable legislation.
If the proposed candidates do not match the defined criteria, we commit to providing a free replacement under the conditions set out in the subscribed offer. This guarantee does not constitute an obligation of result regarding actual hiring.
All elements of the platform (algorithms, design, content, trademarks) are protected by Moroccan intellectual property law (Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights). Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Rocket.ma acts as a recruitment intermediary. We do not guarantee the actual hiring of presented candidates. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant sprint. We are not liable for indirect damages.
You may terminate your account at any time. Ongoing sprints will be completed. In case of violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or delete your account.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
