Rocket.ma (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect the following data: identification information (name, surname, professional email), company data (company name, industry), browsing data (IP address, cookies, pages visited), and recruitment data (job descriptions, search criteria). For candidates using our job portal, we also collect: CV, phone number, city, current position, and years of experience. See our Candidate Privacy Policy for more details.
Your data is processed to: provide our sprint recruitment services, improve our matching algorithm, communicate with you regarding your sprints, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and generate anonymized statistics.
The processing of your data is based on: your explicit consent during registration, the performance of the service contract, our legitimate interests (service improvement), and our legal obligations (Law No. 09-08, GDPR).
Your personal data is retained for the duration of your active account, then for a maximum of 3 years after your last activity, in accordance with CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection) recommendations. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with Moroccan accounting obligations.
In accordance with Law No. 09-08 and GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your data, right of rectification, right of deletion (right to be forgotten), right to portability, right to object to processing, and right to withdraw consent. Your data is hosted on secure servers. In the event of a transfer outside Morocco, we ensure that the destination country offers an adequate level of protection or that appropriate safeguards are in place, in accordance with Law No. 09-08.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication, restricted data access, and regular security audits.
